Our team will assist you with requests for new CSRs, the renewal of liability certificates such as BCLC, CLC, WRC and PAL as well as with the renewal of Ship Station Licences.
Continuous Synopsis Record
For CSR please download the CSR amendment forms 2 and 3 and submit these together with accompanying documents to csr@eu-registry.com
Please keep in mind that according to IMO Resolution A.959(23), Number 7 flag has 3 months to issue the CSR: “Following the receipt of copies of one or more amendment forms, the Administration is required to issue a revised and updated CSR document as soon as practically possible but not later than three months from the date of the change.“
Renewal of Liability Certificates - BCLC, CLC, WRC, PAL
No application is needed. Simply send the blue cards on time to registration@eu-registry.com and ensure, that these include the full and correct address of MAR:

WRC blue cards must in addition refer to the vessel‘s GROSS TONNAGE as per Certificate of Registry / ITC.
Renewal of Ship Station Licence (SSL)
Ship Station Licences issued by MAR for Portuguese flagged vessels are valid for five years.
In case of changes in details of the vessel‘s owner, holder of the SSL, vessel‘s name, equipment onboard or expiration, please complete and submit the following documents to our team at registration@eu-registry.com
- Annex SSL
- EPIRB Registration Form
- Copy of the previous / expiring SSL
- Billing details and P.O. number if applicable
