The digitalization made the processes even simpler, being Portugal the first Flag State to fully digitalize the Endorsements.

General Requirements

All masters and officers serving on a ship flying the Portuguese Flag will receive a 'Statement of Receipt of Application - SRA' and a 'Certificate of Endorsement'. No other Flag State certification
