XI Grande Conferência do Mar

The annual two-day conference organised by Jornal da Economia do Mar on Portugal's blue economy, took part on Madeira. EUROMAR was also a sponsor of this edition. Our colleague André Duro joined the panel on "Maritime Transport in Scale and Competitiveness".

Portugal is now #2 among European flags and #11 worldwide in vessel numbers, with the Registry of Madeira increasingly benchmarked against the world's leading flag states in terms of service quality.
