Online Application & Certification

To proceed with the application please email directly to seafarers@eu-registry.com. Our team will provide you with a related guideline and checklist. Any party may submit applications.

Our team processes the applications online and reverts with a digital SRA (Statement of Receipt of Application) as well as with the digital Certificate of Endorsement as soon as processed by the Portuguese Administration.

All certificates and documents issued by Portuguese Administration are digital documents with QR Code and tracking number verifiable on the webpage www.portugueseflagcontrol.pt.

A hard copy of the Portuguese Endorsement will be issued upon request.
