EUROMAR Takes the Lead as Gold Sponsor at Slide2Open Shipping Finance Athens Conference

As the main sponsor of this year's Slide2Open Shipping Finance Conference in Athens, EUROMAR played a pivotal role in the event held at the Athens Concert Hall, under the theme "Turning Motion into Action". The conference attracted notable industry figures, including Mrs. Despina Travlou, Mr. Leonidas Dimitriadis-Evgenidis, and EUROMAR's own representative, Mr. Angelos Roupas Pantaleon. 

The agenda covered a broad range of topics from the geopolitical impacts on shipping to the industry's European identity, sustainable ship operation solutions like Shore Side Electricity (SSE) and Telematic medical applications, and the sector's ongoing digital transformation with a spotlight on Artificial Intelligence's increasing influence.

Carla Olival, Executive Director for Greece & Middle East at EUROMAR, highlighted the Portuguese flag's dedication to service excellence and maritime standards enhancement.
